14.07.2003

Hello.
yes still in bergen...
Music in the steets for Francois and carpenter work for me. Francois is glad to got the key of the oldest house of bergen, a cellar, with one meter thick walls built in 1666, use as a art school.
It seems that it is a very good place for him to write.
But those last days, we was in Gudvangen, where was the first Viking market.
a douzain of tents, with traders from around the viking world, selling jewellry, weapons, armours...
What a pleasure to meet some other peopple like us to sheare our passion1
Francois got a fencing lesson with a Polish guys for about one hour and his captain was glad that he stop befor loosing one or two fingers...
The next day, we have been fighting for some tourist-show in the camp and it was a bit scary to fight with other peopple from other countries but we manage to survive with a little bit of help from Odinn...
at least we survive but not "crusher", my sword...
we have been sewing, throwing axes, eating, sleeping, speaking...
Francois met a german guy , working with leather, who knows the older owner of his donkey, small world...
I finally found a cargo to cross the north sea, S.c Aberdeen, from SEATRANS, we leave Bergen on friday to trondheim and then to Aberdeen on Sunday. we only have to unpack, load Fenrir on the cargo and pack again.
lot of sun, every things seeems ok, Fenrir survive with 60 cm of water our weekend...
A big thanks to Christel's mother who help Francois to cure his burned hand and to Christel and Florence who found him a new reeds for his dead pipe.
Bye, Julien and Francois.
